Highly requested new features for Airbnb

The new integration enables several highly requested new features. Keep an eye out for upcoming launch announcements!

Pass-Through Taxes

Taxes not remitted by Airbnb will be itemized, collected at check-out, and included with the host payout for you to remit as you would with other OTAs.

2-Way Portal Sync

Settings on the Airbnb Portal that are not available in the integration can be specified, and CiiRUS will no longer override them.

Request to Book

Choose booking requests instead of instant bookings, with rules for when a guest attempts to place a booking that arrives within a short window.

Reviews Sync

A new interface to review guests, as well as read and respond to guest reviews, from within the CiiRUS portal, fully synced with Airbnb.

Messaging Sync

Send and receive messages with Airbnb guests directly inside the CiiRUS Unified Calendar, as well as via CiiRUS CRM Automation Rules.

Pricing Rules

Set custom pricing rules based on the length of stay, booking window, and other factors, which can be applied to direct or OTA bookings.
