Finish off onboarding with a deep dive into owner statements, month-end finalization, reconciliation, reports, taxes, and everything you need to excel in your accounting process.

Throughout implementation, the onboarding manager will introduce you to our data coordinators, website developments, channel experts, and customer success agents to make sure every beat in the onboarding process is executed flawlessly by a team you can trust.
The day you sign up, the onboarding manager will ask you to provide us with admin-level access to your existing systems so that we can begin mining your data and building out the CiiRUS account for you. Our goal is to remove as much manual entry from the onboarding transition as possible so that you can focus on going live and getting to market fast.
The initial data migration brings over your listings with images, descriptions, location details, amenities, bed/bath/guest configuration, owners, rates, reservations, and guestlist.
Onboarding includes a comprehensive system training program, which covers everything from setting up listings, managing guests, property care, accounting, and everything in between. It's our goal for you to leave onboarding a CiiRUS super-user! Whenever you need a refresher, you can request additional one-on-one training with our team, or attend any of our quarterly learning group sessions!
