The new listing promotion will allow you to apply a 20% discount to eligible listings for the first three bookings you receive. How to Get Started 

All you have to do is opt-in. Once you've completed that step, guests can then book reservations occurring within the next 90 days to receive the discount on eligible listings. 

Keep in mind that the discount will expire for each enrolled listing after the third promotional booking, or 30 days after your promotion opt-in date.
