Question 1

Does CiiRUS replace my CRM, my inbox tool, and my direct-booking website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reservations, guest CRM, unified inbox, and your direct booking website are all part of CiiRUS. Most customers retire two to four standalone tools when they move over.

Question 2

How does the unified inbox handle Airbnb and Vrbo messages?

Accepted Answer

Our channel connections are direct API, so Airbnb and Vrbo messages land in the same inbox as email, SMS, and direct chat, threaded against the guest and the reservation. Your reservationists work from one place instead of jumping between tabs.

Question 3

Can I automate guest messaging without losing the human touch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pre-stay, check-in, mid-stay, and post-stay messages run on their own, and your team can step in at any point. CiiRUS AI can draft replies for your reservationist to review before sending, so the routine work is automated and the judgment calls stay human.

Question 4

Does the direct booking website pull from the same inventory as the OTAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your direct booking website, owner portal, and every OTA channel read from the same property records, rates, and availability. Edit once and it updates everywhere.

Question 5

Can I handle quotes, holds, and modifications inside CiiRUS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Build a custom quote, place a hold for a guest, or change dates and guests on an existing reservation. CiiRUS recalculates fees, taxes, and trust balances and pushes the changes to every connected channel.
