Question 1

Is the owner portal branded as my company or as CiiRUS?

Accepted Answer

As your company. Custom domain, logo, colors, and outbound email sender are all included. Owners see your brand throughout.

Question 2

Can owners request their own stays without going through my reservations team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Owners see live availability and submit stay requests directly. Once you approve, the calendar blocks instantly across every channel, and the email back-and-forth goes away.

Question 3

What financials can owners see?

Accepted Answer

Monthly statements, year-to-date P&L, disbursement history, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and year-over-year comparisons. Every number reconciles to the same general ledger your office closes on, so owners and your team are always looking at the same figures.

Question 4

Can owners share documents with me through the portal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The document vault works both ways. Share management agreements, tax forms, inspection reports, and HOA notices with per-owner permissions, and owners can upload signed contracts or insurance certificates back to you.

Question 5

Does the portal show maintenance history?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Completed cleans, inspections, and approved work orders, photos included, all show in the portal. Owners can check for themselves instead of emailing you to ask.
