Question 1

Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?

Accepted Answer

No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Onboarding comes with every plan, and you're never locked into a multi-year agreement you can't exit.

Question 2

How fast can I be live?

Accepted Answer

The onboarding journey is a structured seven-day plan, and it can finish in as little as a week when your data and team are ready. Larger portfolios stretch the calendar, but the day-by-day structure stays the same.

Question 3

What does each day of the seven-day journey cover?

Accepted Answer

Day 1 is kickoff and a technology audit. Day 2 is the data migration audit. Day 3 covers configuration and workflows. Day 4 is reservations training and going live on the OTAs. Day 5 is communications. Day 6 is operations: housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections. Day 7 is accounting: statements, month-end, reconciliation, and taxes.

Question 4

Who is on my onboarding team?

Accepted Answer

A dedicated onboarding success manager runs your journey, and you'll meet data implementation specialists, a website development coordinator, channel experts, and customer success along the way. They're the same people you'll keep working with after go-live.

Question 5

What data gets migrated?

Accepted Answer

Listings and images, descriptions, locations, amenities, bed, bath, and guest configurations, owners, rates, reservations, and your guest list. We migrate it from your prior PMS and reconcile against your last closed period.

Question 6

How much training is included?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited 1:1 training sessions at no extra cost, covering reservations, housekeeping, accounting, owner relations, and every new hire you bring on later. Training isn't capped or charged per seat.

Question 7

Is the direct-booking website really included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A direct booking website is included as part of onboarding, at no separate charge.
