Question 1

Does CiiRUS help with peak-season dynamic pricing for ski markets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CiiRUS AI suggests market-aware rates per property per night, tuned for the holiday weeks that define a mountain year and applied to your base rates with your approval thresholds. Nothing gets pushed to a channel without your say-so.

Question 2

What happens when a storm cancels half the bookings overnight?

Accepted Answer

Modifications, rebookings, and refunds run through the trust ledger automatically, and housekeeping schedules reflow on their own. The unified inbox keeps every guest informed from one workspace.

Question 3

Can owner-skiers request their own holiday stays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Owners see live availability in the branded portal and submit stay requests directly. Once you approve, the calendar blocks instantly across every channel. Mountain-market homeowners use this constantly.

Question 4

Does CiiRUS handle 4pm check-out, 4:01pm check-in same-day turns?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Housekeeping schedules generate from real reservation data, and a real-time crew app keeps cleans coordinated across the portfolio, even when a storm shifts every booking by a night.

Question 5

Do you have references from ski-town operators?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with operators across Utah, Colorado, Vermont, and British Columbia, and we're happy to connect you with PMCs running portfolios that look like yours.
