Question 1

Does CiiRUS handle Florida CAM trust accounting requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CiiRUS keeps guest funds, owner balances, and operating cash in separated ledgers that reconcile to the bank, with the audit trail Florida CAM-licensed managers and their CPAs expect. Many of our earliest customers were Florida CAMs, and the platform grew up around their compliance needs.

Question 2

Can CiiRUS track Florida county tourist development tax (TDT)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CiiRUS tracks TDT per property at the right county rate (Orange, Osceola, Polk, Lake, Pinellas, Walton, and more), produces remittance-ready reports, and keeps the breakdown clean on owner statements so the math ties out.

Question 3

We're in the Disney market. Does CiiRUS handle theme-park demand patterns?

Accepted Answer

It does. You can set minimum-stay rules and seasonal rate plans per property, then push them to every channel from one place. Many of our largest customers are Orlando-area PMCs running thousands of theme-park-adjacent units.

Question 4

How does CiiRUS help during hurricane season?

Accepted Answer

When weather hits, the unified inbox keeps every guest informed, work orders go out to vendors, and modifications and rebookings flow through the trust ledger automatically. Your team coordinates from one workspace instead of five tabs and a spreadsheet.

Question 5

Do you have references from Florida operators?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're glad to connect you with Florida customers in Orlando, on the Gulf, on the Atlantic coast, or in the Keys, whichever looks closest to your business. Just ask during your demo.
