Question 1

Does CiiRUS support Saturday-to-Saturday weekly bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can set minimum-stay rules, changeover-day restrictions, and per-week rate calendars per property, then push them to every channel from one place. Coastal weekly-stay markets are a core use case for us.

Question 2

Can CiiRUS produce the kind of detailed owner statements coastal owners expect?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Statements are branded as your company, line-item clear, and reconcile to the trust account and channel payouts to the dollar. More than a few of our beach operators tell us the statements alone have won them owner referrals.

Question 3

How does CiiRUS handle storm-season operations on the coast?

Accepted Answer

When weather turns, the unified inbox keeps every guest informed, work orders go out to vendors, and modifications and refunds run through the trust ledger automatically. The damage waivers and protection plans available with CiiRUS round out the coverage.

Question 4

Can I configure per-property fees like damage waivers, golf-cart rentals, and cleaning packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CiiRUS supports per-property fee structures, including damage waivers, amenity fees, and bundled cleaning packages. They apply automatically to quotes and reservations, and the totals flow into the trust ledger cleanly.

Question 5

Do you have references from beach and coastal operators?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with coastal PMCs from 30A and the Carolinas to the Outer Banks, Cape Cod, and the Jersey Shore. We'll connect you with operators running portfolios like yours during your demo.
